Dates crepes
Ingredients:
- A mold of date paste
- 50gm of ground cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- A glass of water
- A cup of sweetened concentrated milk
- A 1/4 cup of sugar
- A sprinkle of salt
- Two big spoons of vegetable oil
- Two big spoons of butter
- 1 cup and a half of flour
- 1 little spoon of vanilla
How to prepare:
To prepare the crepe dough, mix all the ingredients in the electric mixer, and start frying it with a non-stick frying pan.
Form the date paste in a cylindrical shape and put it at the end of the pie after preparing it. Then roll it into a cylindrical shape.
When the pie is ready, put it on a serving plate, and cut it in the middle evenly, and garnish it with cinnamon, sugar, or date honey.
