His Excellency Eng. Mazen Sinokrot, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sinokrot Holding, and Eng. Mo’men Sinokrot, Director of Palestine Gardens Agricultural Company, one of Sinokrot Holding Companies, met with the pharmacist Dr. Nader Al-Salaymeh, the Coordinator of Bosnian-Palestinian Relations, and Baker Sadovich, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Ramallah, to discuss ways to strengthen Palestinian-Bosnian relations in the economic and trade fields.
His Excellency Mr. Mazen Sinokrot familiarized Al-Salaymeh and Sadovich with the economic situation in the country and the challenges facing Palestinian companies to enter foreign markets with high-quality products and compete in the global market.
During the meeting, the Palestinian Medjool dates from Palestine Gardens Agricultural Company were introduced, within the framework of the vision of the State of Bosnia and Herzegovina, to import Palestinian products, especially Medjool dates and olive oil, and enter them to the Bosnian market.
Sinokrot said that “there are high-quality Palestinian products that have international certificates which can compete in foreign markets, especially the Bosnian market, and because of its importance at the commercial level, as we are exporting companies, and on the popular level, as we are part of the Palestinian society, that contributes to the rising of the Palestinian products around the world.”
In turn, Sadovich praised the quality of the products and valued the efforts made to strengthen Palestinian-Bosnian relations in several areas and to enhance the Palestinian product’s share in the markets of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Samples of the products were taken to complete their vision of importing, provided that there will be cooperation between the two countries soon.
It is worth noting that Palestine Gardens Agricultural Company is one of the largest exporters of Medjool dates to more than 26 countries worldwide.
