Dates crepes


  1. A mold of date paste
  2. 50gm of ground cinnamon
  3. 4 eggs
  4. A glass of water
  5. A cup of sweetened concentrated milk
  6. A 1/4 cup of sugar
  7. A sprinkle of salt
  8. Two big spoons of vegetable oil
  9. Two big spoons of butter
  10. 1 cup and a half of flour
  11. 1 little spoon of vanilla

How to prepare:

To prepare the crepe dough, mix all the ingredients in the electric mixer, and start frying it with a non-stick frying pan.

Form the date paste in a cylindrical shape and put it at the end of the pie after preparing it. Then roll it into a cylindrical shape.

When the pie is ready, put it on a serving plate, and cut it in the middle evenly, and garnish it with cinnamon, sugar, or date honey.
