Dates Balls


  1. 1-kilo dates paste
  2. 50gm butter
  3. 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk
  4. 30 tea biscuits (210 gr)
  5. 1 little spoon cardamom
  6. 1/4 cup ground pistachios
  7. More pistachios or ground hazelnuts for wrapping

How to prepare:

 Put the dates in a large bowl and knead it by hand slightly and add the sweetened condensed milk and butter. And ground cardamom and pistachios. Then add the crushed biscuits and form the balls, then cover them with pistachios or hazelnuts.
